Salon Policies
Southern Styles Salon prides itself with client satisfaction. These policies are put in place to ensure everyone enjoys their salon experience with the utmost detail.
1. Appointments are required. We do not accept walk-ins.
2. Please call (772)643-2591 when you arrive at the gate.
3. Please be on time for your appointment. We do not accept walk-ins. If you are 10 minutes late, this may result in your services not being completed due to the next client that is scheduled. If you are 15 minutes late, this will be considered a no show and you will forfeit your reservation and be charged the 50% no show fee.
4. Southern Styles Salon requires that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours, or don't show up for your reserved time, a cancellation fee of 50% of your reserved service will be charged to your account and a non refundable deposit of 50% will be required for future reservations. 5. Southern Styles Salon guarantees all services. I require you to let me know within one week after your service is provided of any necessary changes needed, and I will happily reserve the soonest appointment available for you! All sales on retail are final. There are no refunds on retail. Thank you for supporting my local owned business!
6. Payment is due at the time of service. We do have gift cards available if you will be prepaying. Gratuity is appreciated and not included in our price menu.
7. Only service dogs are allowed in the salon. No other pets are allowed.
8. It is important to let your stylist know of any medications you are taking and any facial services you are receiving prior to any chemical services.
